BP - BP plc ADR
BP plc, or BP (British Petroleum) is a multinational oil and gas company headquartered in London, England. The company trades on several stock exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in the form of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). ADRs are certificates issued by a U.S. depositary bank representing shares of a foreign stock.
