Long-term Treasury yields end near November highs after Fed’s Powell delivers economic outlook

Rates across the Treasury curve finished little changed on Wednesday after Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell indicated that the central bank has time to let the data guide its interest-rate policy.
